General Contracting is about creating just as much quality results in the office as it does on your job site. We realize that and embrace it through exceptional organizational skills, document management, and logistical support. Sounds boring. Kinda. But you’ll appreciate it once you see the results. And yes, we do love checklists!

Design & Development, also known as the Pre-Construction phase, defines the project outcome.

MULLER & CO understands the value of preparation, and with decades of experience knows every step required to design & develop your construction project. We rely on our partners to help us, which include:
Design Consultants: develop plans & specifications, specify products, and engineer your space to health & safety requirements.
Authorities Having Jurisdiction: issue, review, and approve municipal and provincial code requirements and building by-laws such as building permits, related to your project.
Trade Partners & Vendors: provide pricing, availability, and technical specifications for the products and services in your project.
Safety & Insurance: 3rd-party providers of Workers Compensation and Property Insurance to ensure if an accident happens you are covered.
It is important to note the pre-construction process typically takes 2 to 12 weeks for simple projects and up to 4 to 12 months for large, complex projects. Please remember to allocate sufficient time for planning a project in addition to the actual construction time.
